All of the following treatments begin with an in-depth consultation with our Ayurvedic physician using a technique known as ‘pulse point diagnosis’ to determine your constitution (Dosha) and provide you with advice and treatment recommendations.
Balance is the natural order, imbalance is disorder.
Ayurvedic Consultation
The principle behind Ayurveda is that of how to enjoy a long and fulfilling life. To do this we must seek physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Where there is imbalance there is disorder. During an Ayurvedic consultation you will undergo diagnosis of your Dosha and of any imbalance you currently suffer from. With this knowledge, advice will be given on nutrition and lifestyle recommendations will be made for you to maintain balance and enrich your life. This initial consultation is free when booking your first Ayurvedic treatment.
