The Retreat day begins with a full consultation to assess your needs and offer advice on lifestyle recommendations to enrich your life. Two therapists will then pour warm oil over the body and gently massage you from head to foot, leading from this Navarkizi compression with nourishing herbs and milk over the body will condition and rejuvenate. Your last two treatments of the day are combined to centre on two of the most vital energy points, the head and the feet.
