Ayush Wellness Spa retreat packages have been created to promote detoxification and rejuvenation.  During your time with us we aim for you to gain balance and enrich your life by creating an environment where healing and education play a full part.

 

Packages from 8-21 days are available and encouraged, as they will involve a deeper detoxification. They will be tailored to your needs preceding a consultation with a spa coordinator who will advise as to how your requirements and goals can be achieved.  All 8-21 day packages will include yoga and meditation classes (subject to availability), full use of the facilities and a voucher for a 1 hour treatment daily.

Pure Cleanse Ayurvedic Programme

Pure Cleanse Ayurvedic Programme has been designed for those wishing to detoxify the body of impurities that have accumulated over time.  Impurities from our external and internal environment have a huge effect on our physical and emotional wellbeing.  We accumulate toxins in many forms from high processed foods, environmental pollution, smoking, regular medication and alcohol consumption. The Pure Cleanse programme is there to assist you to understand your body’s strengths and weakness and re address the balance in order for you to regain energy, health and vitality by purifying the body.

 

As part of the Pure Cleanse we include an Ayurvedic consultation with our on site doctor to give you a detailed analysis of your specific constitutional needs (Dosha type) and advise you on nutrition and lifestyle recommendations in order for you to regain your body’s natural rhythm and aid in the cleansing process.  This will be a unique exercise for each individual and, depending on your needs at the time, amendments may be advised on your treatment schedule.
