For years I've been questioning how to find a balance between the demands of my working life and my physical and spiritual needs. In just two weeks at The Ayush Spa I found the answer.
From London to this magical place in less than two hours. I arrived tired and deflated, but within a few days I could see myself smiling again, within two weeks, I'd rediscovered the joy of waking to another day and thanking God that I'd been led in the direction of the Ayush Spa. If my car can get a yearly service, then why can't I. I'll definitely be back.
